Since becoming a mother almost 8 years ago, my life views, goals and values have evolved and matured. Not a day goes by where I’m NOT researching how to keep my family and myself healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. My passions are food, nutrition, physical and mental health, and spiritual growth.  It is my hope to tie my passions together and integrate them into our lifestyle so that my readers are able to come here and find relevant information that aligns with their passions and lifestyle as well.
